It had been stolen. Like a modern-day Sherlock Holmes, he sprung into action, setting in motion an epic investigation that would last almost 15 minutes.

People started sharing it immediately. A few minutes later, Schmidt’s phone rang.
A friend said he had seen the trailer on his way to work that morning. He went back to the same spot, and realized that it was still there.
“It was like ‘Holy cow, we found this trailer in less than 15 minutes,’” Schmidt said in an interview.
That's right, thieves of Cambridge, Ontario, there's no where you can hide from people checking their News Feed.
Schmidt called the cops, who found the trailer outside of an apartment complex with some mopeds and dirt bikes inside, some of which had been reported stolen.
And so The Case of Missing Trailer was solved. Remember kids, there's no problem that can't be fixed by casually posting something on Facebook.
