French site WatchGenerationand 9to5Mac noticed Apple has posted an Oct. 28 launch date for the Nike+ Apple Watch Series 2.

Bear in mind that the app is free and will work with any version of the Apple Watch.
The price for the watch is the same for the standard version -- $369 for the 38mm variant, $399 for the 42mm variant -- so this is a nice option for those looking for something a little more sporty.
