Typically, Walmart+ has two pricing options: $12.95 a month or $98 a year.

For those who don't know, Walmart+ is basically Amazon Prime but for Walmart. You get free unlimited groceries and household item deliveries between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., deals on shipping costs, deals on gas, and other perks.
To sign up for a 30-day free trial of Walmart+, head to the website and sign up as if you're going to sign up for the whole thing.

You cancel by navigating to your account overview, selecting "Cancel Walmart+ membership," and going through the steps.
