The answer: they’d be dead within a matter of minutes. Heck, they’d probably cause it. Here’s what we think the end result would look like.

There was that one time in 1995 where he decided to partake in a brain transplant experiment to fund money for a trip to Hawaii. He also was in jail for some undisclosed reason in 1930. Then around 1940, he tried to get out of doing chores and flooded a wizard's castle.

Goofy is Disney’s biggest idiot. If there’s a situation for him to mess up, he’ll have been there an hour early and completely destroyed whatever it was he was supposed to be fixing. There was a reason why they chose Goofy to star in his own “How to” series, because he literally can’t do anything.
Knowing Goofy, he probably got a new job as a lab technician at “NotZombies CORP” and ate all of the drugs they were developing. He’s most likely patient zero.
Donald Duck
