Apparently, the company's website, app, and customer service lines are down. The front page of Dish's website currently displays a banner thanking customers for their patience, stating, "We are experiencing a system issue that our teams are working hard to resolve."
The Verge couldn't reach a human on the service's customer service line, just an automated message; Mashable called Dish and received the same message, which said that an internal systems issue is impacting customer service. While the recording stated that satellite service should not be disrupted during this time, customers have taken to Twitter to complain about various problems, including disrupted service. Users on DownDetector have also indicated issues in the last 24 hours.
